2024 London & SE Regional Course

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🥋🇯🇵 Fantastic day at JKA England's sold-out regional course in Bromley!  

 

Sensei Ohta led 150 enthusiastic participants through a dynamic 3-hour session. 

 

The first hour emphasised precise JKA basics, seamlessly transitioning into the second hour with intense Jiyu Ippon Kumite. The final hour was dedicated to Kata practice featuring Bassai Dai, Jion, Empi, and Kanku Dai.
