太田先生 Ohta Sensei
Ohta Sensei attended the prestigious JKA Instructors class in his home country and was Enoeda Sensei's assistant in England from 1982 to 2003.
His technical skills are widely recognised, and he is one of the most sought-after JKA instructors in the world.

The latest edition of SKM Issue 156 June 2023 features Yoshinobu Ohta sensei 7th Dan JKA. Chief Instructor JKA England. Ohta sensei first arrived in the UK 41 years ago.
It’s interesting to learn how all that came about. He was chosen by the JKA to be Enoeda sensei’s assistant here in the UK not only for his undoubted technical prowess but equally importantly, for his personality and character.

We are delighted to announce that Sensei Gary Stewart has successfully graded to the very senior rank of 7th Dan at the HQ of the Japan Karate Association in Tokyo.
Sensei Gary is the very first JKA England member to obtain this grade and deservedly so!
