Schedule
11am to 1pm - Class-based session where Sensei Ohta and the Technical Committee explain in detail karate terminology and the theory behind what we do and how we teach. Kindly download and review the "Technical Manual For The Instructor" before the course
1pm to 2pm - Break
2pm to 4 pm - Practical session where we apply what we have learned in the morning.
*Please note that you may only register if you meet the eligibility criteria: grade 1st Kyu+ and age 18+
