JKA England proudly announces 3 days of traditional shotokan training, internationally recognised instructors, Dan Grading and and International Qualification exams. We welcome non-members, kyu grades and all levels of dan grades to our training, arrive ready to learn!
Schedule
27 Nov 2026 – Training 5 to 8pm
28 Nov 2026 – Training 10am to 1pm; Kyu grading & coaching assessments 1pm (with prior permission of club instructor)
29 Nov 2026 – Training 10am to 1pm; Dan Grading 2pm onwards
* International Qualification Examinations - Instructor, Examiner, Judge throughout the weekend

JKA Dan Grading: 1st to 5th Dan
International Examinations:
Instructor: C & D
Judge: C & D
Examiner: D
Payment for examination plus dan registration on the day in cash only.
Please ensure you pre-register - ask your Chief Instructor or email technical@jka-england.org.
If you are grading, you must train at the course.
To attempt Shodan or Nidan you must have attended at least one other international, national or regional course in the previous year.
To attempt Sandan and above, you must attend all 3 days of the course.
To attempt any International Qualifications, you must attend all 3 days of the course.
