JKA England recognises the need for the wellbeing and safety of all children and vulnerable adults in its care and seeks to do everything possible to ensure that all students can enjoy their Karate in a safe environment and that parents and guardians can be confident of their child’s safety.

If you have a safeguarding concern about a child or an adult within a JKA England affiliated club, then you should immediately contact the Safeguarding Officer.
If you think a child is in immediate danger or requires medical attention, you should call the emergency services on 999. You can also call the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000 to report immediate risks.
If you think an adult is in immediate danger or requires medical attention, you should call the emergency services on 999. Wherever possible let the adult know what you are doing.
