This session is open to:
12 to 15 years old must be 3rd kyu and above
16 years old and above must be shodan and above
Other Information
Before registering for this session, you must seek the permission of your Club Chief Instructor.
Please ensure you bring mitts, mouthguard and plenty of water along with your usual karate gi & belt.
Squad selections will be held Sunday 19 January 2025. Booking details will be posted on 9 Dec 2024.
