Somerset and Bristol Area Clubs’ Competition

JKAE Clubs from Somerset and Bristol, came together to compete at the inaugural inter-club competition, which was held on Saturday 21 January at Norton Hill School Sports Centre, Midsomer Norton. The event was organised and hosted by Norton Radstock JKA and was attended by clubs from Norton Radstock, Mendip, Glastonbury, Weston Super Mare, Taunton and Bristol. Over forty entered the ten categories for both children and adults in kata and kumite (sanbon kumite, ippon kumite and ju ippon kumite), which was limited to kyu grades only. .
